Bhutan Practice Group
In affiliation with leading local counsel, DFDL’s Bhutan Practice Group focuses on the development of general investment and energy related matters, with an emphasis on advising developers, financial institutions, multilateral organizations and other interested parties.
DFDL’s Bhutan Group is co-headed by Audray Souche, head of DFDL’s Clean Energy Division and Nick Towle, head of the Technical Assistance Division and an experienced M&A lawyer.
