Bulbul is an advocate qualified to practice law in Bangladesh and is enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council. With significant expertise in banking and finance transactions, corporate and commercial matters, and real property matters, he regularly advises international banks such as Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, and HSBC on various financing transactions. This includes structuring loan and security documentation, creation and perfection of securities (including real property mortgages), and attendant advice. Bulbul also advises foreign and local corporates on a range of regulatory and compliance matters, including investment structuring, company incorporations, corporate transactions, employment matters, and general commercial issues. He also has substantial contentious experience and handles commercial litigation in trial courts.

Bulbul graduated and completed his LL.M from Rajshahi University. He is fluent in both English and Bengali.
