DFDL is pleased to announce the appointment of Ann Supha-utchaichan to the position of Country Partner, Thailand. She first joined DFDL in 2007 as a Senior Legal Advisor, then rejoined the firm in 2014 after a brief stint at KPMG.
Ann’s general corporate and commercial practice and strong record on banking, tax and merger & acquisition matters contributed to the appointment. As DFDL Thailand Managing Director Angus Mitchell noted, “Ann’s promotion to Country Partner is, among other things, in recognition of her ability to manage complex transactions. She is a key member of our Thailand office and we wish her well in the new role.” Her new position is effective from 1 January 2017.
