In this article, Charles explains insurance companies’ new role and opportunities due to the recent Construction Law. The Law introduces various legal construction warranties that all contractors and sub-contractors participating in construction projects must now undertake while also imposing new liabilities upon construction project stakeholders in Cambodia.
