This month, One Trust Data Guidance, a regulatory research software platform, published an article written by DFDL Cambodia Partners, Chris Robinson and Vansok Khem, on the Cambodia draft Cybercrime Law. The draft law is currently being prepared by the Ministry of Interior and is pending circulation among the public for comments and feedback. However, in 2014 an unofficial version became accessible to the public. Chris and Vansok provide an overview of the core contents and what the outstanding issues are in this draft Cybercrime law.
