Our team of experts comprised Nishant Choudhary (Partner and Myanmar Deputy Managing Director), Diberjohn Balinas (Myanmar Senior Tax Manager) and Rohan Bishayee (Myanmar Legal Adviser).
Nishant and Rohan gave an insightful presentation on the newly enacted Insolvency Law & Rules 2020. They explained the structure of the new law, its procedures along with all relevant details for businesses and stakeholders in Myanmar.
Diberjohn was part of the panel discussion along with other insurance and bank experts. He shared his expertise and latest insights on recent developments and changes in taxation under this new regime. The panel was moderated by Nishant.
