The September 2019 issue of the IPBA Journal featured an article co-authored by Vinay Ahuja (Partner; Indonesia, Lao PDR and Thailand) and Simon Rajan (Regional Legal Adviser) on ‘A Rising Fever: Why ASEAN Members Should Finance Climate Change Mitigation and How its Financial Regulators Can Take the Lead Now’. The article deals with the pressing environmental issue of climate change, its dangers and future impacts on the world, insufficient funding to meet the climate goals and need of ASEAN financial regulators to implement certain policies.
