Jonathan Blaine, Regional Head of the Compliance & Investigations Practice served as a facilitator for the Director Accreditation Program at the Thai Institute of Company Directors. The program aims to provide directors of both public and private companies with a greater understanding of the role of company directors and their fiduciary duties to both shareholders and the institutions they represent. Jonathan facilitated a module on directors’ legal liabilities and the applicable standards to which company directors must adhere. Attendees of the program included directors from prominent companies and financial institutions, audit committee members, executive directors, presidents and CEOs. Jonathan is regularly facilitating courses for the Thai Institute of Directors, and serves as an advisor to directors and executives on their duties and compliance obligations.
