Jonathan Blaine Speaks on Human Rights & Supply Chain Due Diligence

On 25 May 2021, DFDL’s Co-Head of Regional Compliance & Investigations Practice and Thailand Tax Director, Jonathan Blaine, was pleased to participate in AMCHAM Thailand’s latest webinar on Human Rights and Supply Chain Due Diligence with Jon Drimmer, a Partner in the Washington DC office of the international law firm Paul Hastings. Jonathan started the session with an insightful overview on business and human rights principles along with operating guidelines and best practices. He went on to discuss the implications from a business perspective when it comes to due diligence in terms of structuring and determining supply chains. He closed his presentation with advice on corporate responsibility, the part companies can play in upholding human rights principles generally and gave an update on the current situation in Thailand.

The audience gained salutary insights and important information from Jonathan’s presentation where he could share a snapshot of his expertise as Co-Head of the Regional Compliance & Investigations Practice.
