Jude Ocampo Holds Workshop Focusing on Philippine Investment Law

On 28 November 2019, DFDL’s affiliate firm, Ocampo and Suralvo Law Offices, in conjunction with Eversheds Harry Elias, organized and led a Singapore Business Federation (“SBF”) Workshop with a special focus on Philippine Investment Law at the SBF Centre in Singapore. This workshop served as a great opportunity for investors and corporate representatives to gain a practical understanding of and familiarity with the new ease of doing business rules in the Philippines.

Jude Ocampo, Partner of OS Law, highlighted complex topics covering the Philippine Commercial Law, nationality rules, tax reform, basic government contracting as well as other noteworthy and topical issues.

The session was well received with an engaging Q&A session where the attendees present had their concerns addressed by Jude.
