On 20 September 2021, DFDL Thailand participated in an online webinar organized by the British Chamber of Commerce in Thailand on the topic ‘Workforce Restructuring in Thailand’.
Kraisorn Rueangkul (Partner) delivered a presentation with a focus on assisting employers and employees in handling the human resources needs of businesses that were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The topics included an overview of the current pandemic and vaccination situation in Thailand, leave entitlements and changes to work conditions, working times and salary adjustments, business suspension, redundancy schemes, mutual termination and unilateral termination.
The insightful event ended with an engaging Q&A session with attendees asking many thoughtful and interesting questions to Kraisorn.
