On 22 March 2021, the Toronto Region Board of Trade, the Canadian ASEAN Business Council (“CABC”), Trade Commissioner Service and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam organized a live conference “Vietnam Market Overview” in relation to Smart City. Our Senior Partner Martin Desautels was pleased to deliver a presentation focusing on the regulatory framework for investors in the country covering considerations in relation to development of Smart Cities in Vietnam and regulatory compliance when investing in and financing Vietnam-based projects.
