New Principal and Agency Regulations: Commercial and Tax Implications for Commission-Based Business Models

On 13 September, EuroCham Cambodia held a breakfast talk on the topic ‘New Principal and Agency Regulations: Commercial and Tax Implications for Commission-Based Business Models’.

Our DFDL experts Borapyn Py, Tax Country Associate Director and Vansok Khem, Corporate and Commercial Practice Group Consultant, discussed in-depth the new features of Prakas 597 and how they are poised to affect enterprises operating in Cambodia.

The insightful session was well received by all of those present, concluding with an engaging Q&A session where attendees of the seminar had their concerns decisively addressed, helping them gain a much clearer understanding of the commercial and tax implications for commission-based business models in Cambodia.
