On 10 November 2021, Shahwar Nizam (Partner & Bangladesh Managing Director) participated in the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology as a speaker on the ‘Partnering Startups in Bangladesh for Growth’ panel discussion along with other industry experts.
Shahwar shared his expertise and experience with the audience regarding Bangladesh’s nascent start-up sector. He discussed current opportunities for international corporates and startups in the corporate digital and innovation space. He also mentioned the key investment considerations to bear in mind when making initial forays into this area.
This session gave an insightful overview of the Bangladesh start-up ecosystem, highlighting fresh perspectives on potential cross-border corporate digital innovations, and channels to accelerate partnerships for inbound and outbound opportunities with global start-ups, corporate and investors.
