DFDL & CBRE Cambodia Host Seminar on Investment Opportunities in Cambodia
On 11 December 2019, DFDL and CBRE Cambodia organized a seminar on Investment Opportunities in Cambodia, at CBRE’s headquarters in Singapore.
Real estate experts from DFDL and CBRE Cambodia guided the attendees on the opportunities, challenges and pitfalls of investing in the Cambodian market.
James Hodge (Director, CBRE Cambodia Director) gave a complete overview on the Real Estate market in Cambodia.
Charles Amar (DFDL Cambodia Head of the Real Estate Practice) and Lai Kooi Thong (DFDL Cambodia Senior Consultant, Banking & Finance Practice Group) presented the best investment strategies/practices for 2020. Charles and Kooi Thong discussed the investment climate, the different processes to undertake, landholding structures and expected developments in 2020.
The event concluded with a lively and engaging panel discussion and interactive Q&A session.
