DFDL Lao Host Seminar on Legal and Tax Compliance Update

On 14 November 2019 DFDL in Laos, in association with Austcham Lao, organized a briefing on the key changes in the legal and tax regimes for companies doing business in the Lao PDR.

The DFDL team of Kristy Newby (DFDL Lao PDR Managing Director & Austcham Lao Vice President), Jack Sheehan (DFDL Partner & Head of Regional Tax Practice) and Standré Bezuidenhout (DFDL Senior Associate) discussed the recent developments in the income tax regime, changes in the business registration requirements, data protection and employment law issues, and other sector specific regulatory developments.
