On 17 February 2022, Seka Hep (Partner, Cambodia Deputy Managing Director) participated in SCIA Women’s Touch in Management Breakfast Networking on “Powering Sustainable Businesses” at Rosewood. Seka joined the panel discussion along with other women leaders. Together, they discussed the common challenges and opportunities for women in the business world. Seka shared with the audience her experience as a female partner and manager in the legal industry. She gave tips on how to be a successful woman leader with maintaining a good work-life balance but also with keeping the firm results sustainable.
