David Doran, Partner and Chairman of DFDL Legal and Tax provided an overview of hydropower development in the Mekong region by examining the environments and policies in various Mekong countries with respect to hydropower. David then drew comparisons to the current status of hydropower development in Thailand, and  also spoke on Thailand’s growing investment in the Lao PDR hydropower industry.
