David Bowler

David Bowler has nearly 30 years’ experience in the IT industry working for firms such as 01 Creative Solutions in Phnom Penh, Tonos.Com Entertainment, the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and software firms in the USA. At DFDL he manages systems and infrastructure, and drives systems improvements, delivering effective and efficient solutions to address our needs. David is responsible for the delivery of IT systems, services and support to all of DFDL offices. Working closely with senior managers and frontline staff, he enables productivity improvements for all staff through the delivery of appropriate IT solutions. David speaks English, Greek and basic Khmer.
