The article runs through key aspects of the new Competition Law with a focus on the next steps awaiting completion by the government such as the issuance of sub-decrees to bring the competition commission into being and outlining further details of the new law’s merger control regime. David, along with other key industry experts, gives his opinion on the introduction of the new law.
