Nishant is head of our Myanmar practice and the Regional Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Based in Yangon, Nishant works with a broad range of clients on single and multi-jurisdictional transactions, general corporate and commercial banking and finance, fintech, capital markets, energy and infrastructure, telecommunications, real estate, aviation, dispute resolution, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint venture structuring, project development and related financing arrangements. He has a diverse client portfolio and works with leading companies across various sectors.
