DFDL partners including Martin Desautels, William Greenlee and Angus Mitchell were quoted by Future Ready Singapore in its report “Emerging Markets in Asia: Opportunities and Challenges for Foreign Investors”.
The report focused on the presentation given by Martin, William, Angus, Jérôme Buzenet and Jack Sheehan during the seminar on “The Ever-changing Investment and Legal Landscape – Mekong and ASEAN Briefing. Are you Up to Date?” co-hosted by AmCham Singapore on 7 October 2015.
Matters discussed in the report include the launch of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), the potential effects of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the challenge that various issues such as legal environments, infrastructure and ease of doing business in each country pose to foreign investors targeting the Mekong Region.
