We are pleased to announce that Chai Lertvittayachaikul, Siriluck Wilaiwong and Verravi Benyajati, have joined DFDL Mekong as Legal Advisers.
Chai and Verravi join the Corporate & Commercial team located in Bangkok headed by Rashane Leerabandhu. Both have experience in advising on general commercial issues and representingclients both as sellers and purchasers in a number of legal due diligence exercises while working in leading international law firms such as Herbert Smith and Watson, Farley & Williams. Verravi focuses on acting for multinational clients in share acquisition deals for the preparation of relevant agreements and advising on the incorporation of joint venture companies as well as other corporate legal issues. Chai will bring to DFDL’s clients expertise in acquisitions and joint ventures involving companies from Europe, advising financial institutions and industry participants on business acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance with listing rules.
Siriluck comes to the company with more than twenty years of experience in providing legal and tax advice to the clients. Her impressive scope of specialties covers such areas as: general corporate and commercial matters, labour law and employment issues, land law and corporate matters such as mergers & acquisitions including dissolution and liquidation of the companies. Before joining DFDL, Siriluck spent nine years with KPMG Phoomchai Tax Ltd, where she served as assistant manager.
