Paul Volodarsky (DFDL Deputy Head of the Regional Real Estate Practice and Senior Legal Adviser) joined the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2020 ceremony as a member on the panel of judges along with other prominent real estate experts in Vietnam. On 9 October 2020, the winners were honored at an exclusive gala dinner at the InterContinental Saigon. More than 500 assembled guests and VIPs from the industry attended the gala event comprising shortlisted developers, sponsors and partners along with senior industry figures in real estate development, property consultancy, construction, marketing, property technology, the legal field, finance, architecture and design. Paul was pleased to cast his vote among many notable and deserving projects and standout examples of design and innovation within the industry in the past year to select the best developer firms, best development projects (commercial & residential) and best design projects. Paul has significant experience in handling the legal back-end complexities of setting up viable corporate structures for real estate developments, advising purchasers on their acquisitions of residential and resort property in Vietnam over the years making him an ideal and knowledgeable choice to select those worthy of special recognition. Paul presented awards to the winning firms for ‘Best Condo Development (Southern Vietnam)’ and ‘Best Mid-end Condo Development (Hanoi)’.
