We are pleased to announce that DFDL Vietnam has advised Fisk Alloy, Inc. (Fisk) – a leading international manufacturer of high‑performance copper alloy wires and conductors—on its acquisition of the Special Wires business unit and the Advanced Wire Casting business from Thermo Technologies.
This strategic transaction marks a major milestone for Fisk and Thermo Technologies’ special wires business, creating a worldwide leader in high‑end specialty conductors for critical no‑fail applications across aerospace, defense, electronics, and medical technologies.
DFDL acted as Vietnam legal counsel to Fisk, advising on all Vietnam‑specific regulatory and transactional aspects of this complex and multi‑jurisdictional transaction, alongside international counsels including Troutman Pepper Locke (USA), August Debouzy (France), and JunHe (China).
The transaction was led by Partners Jérôme Buzenet and Hanh Tran, with Senior Legal Adviser Patrick Keil serving as Project Manager.
