AC Logistics Holdings Corporation’s acquisition of Glacier Megafridge, Inc.
OS Law, as legal counsel, advised Glacier Megafridge and certain of its shareholders, including Exergy and Ikhlas Capital, a leading Southeast Asian private equity firm focused on growth investments, on AC Logistics’ acquisition of a significant stake in one of the Philippines’ leading cold storage operators.
The deal was led by Jude Ocampo, Managing Partner, with Ramiila L. Quinto (Senior Associate), Marc M. Guibone (Associate) and Nicole C. Soriano (Associate) also advised on the transaction.

Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited’s acquisition of a 40% interest in Blue Solar Holdings Inc.
OS Law advised Gunkul Engineering on one of the largest renewable energy investments in the Philippines.
The Gunkul deal was headed by partners Jude B. Ocampo (Transactions, Tax, Agreements), Cristina T. Suralvo (Competition Law and Regulatory), Charity D. Aurellano (Competition Law), Christine V. Antonio (Transactions, Financing) and Lyra Bisnar-Flores (M&A).
