Cambodia: MLVT Reminds Enterprises of Upcoming Self-Declared Labour Inspection Deadline

On 29 May 2026, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (“MLVT”) issued notification 017/26 on the Obligation to Implement the Self-Declared Labour Inspection through Automation System in June 2026 (“Notification 017/26”) to alert enterprises on their obligation to file the self-declared labour inspection for the 1st semester of 2026.

File your declaration online via https://sicms.mlvt.gov.kh. In case any non-compliances are detected, enterprises shall rectify within 30 days. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned obligations may result in enterprises’ owners/directors being subject to penalties and measures from the labour inspectors under applicable laws.
