The Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations hereby notifies all responsible companies employing foreign nationals, including their family members, that in addition to the requirements contained in the previously issued “Announcement for Recommendation of Foreigners’ Visa Extension” dated 14 September 2022, the following requirements must now be strictly observed when applying for entry visas and visa extensions.
Effective from 9 May 2025, companies are required to report without delay to the following designated email addresses of this Department concerning their employed foreign nationals (including family members). These include the commencement of employment, active-duty status, resignation, relocation or transfer of duties, departure from the country, and any updates to residential address or phone number.
