Ltd.—The Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG)’s project development solution – as one of the subscribers to the Green Bonds issued by LOCA Company Limited. This is the first green bond issued in the Lao PDR under the Instruction on Issuance of Green, Social and Sustainable Debentures (No. 06/SMC, 20 August 2024), approved by the Lao Securities Commission Office and listed on the Lao Securities Exchange.
This landmark transaction reflects the growing momentum of sustainable finance in Lao PDR and DFDL’s continued commitment to supporting green and impact investment across the region.
