On 1 July 2026, Industrie De Nora, an Italian multinational listed on Euronext Milan, completed its 100% acquisition of BW Water Pte. Ltd. for USD 60.8 million (with an enterprise value capped at USD 66.5 million). BW Water is a Singapore-based global player in integrated water treatment solutions, and this transaction gives De Nora a serious foothold across Southeast Asia and in high-growth sectors including semiconductors, desalination, and mining.
Robin Lynn & Lee acted as Malaysian counsel to De Nora, led by Corporate Partner Lee Bin Hau with support from Senior Associate Michelle Koh. The team worked alongside lead counsel Withers. For our team, this was more than a cross-border acquisition. It was a chance to support a transaction with real consequences for how industry manages water at scale.
