Asian-MENA Counsel announced the most innovative, unique and complex Deals of the Year 2014.
DFDL has won the February Deal of the Year 2014 for Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy hydroelectric financing project, The October Deal of the Year for its involvement in IFC’s investment in Yoma Bank Ltd, where it acted as the Myanmar counsel for IFC as well as an honorable mention for TPG’s investment in Apollo Towers, also in Myanmar.
The editors awarded 35 deals and gave 39 honorable mentions to transactions that took place between December 2013 and November 2014. The magazine will be available in print and online and is distributed to more than 42,000 legal professionals in Asia and the Middle East.
