Thunyaporn Chartisathian and Kunal Sachdev wrote the final part of the “marriage” article in the current edition of Gavroche, the regional French-language magazine.
The article explores the marital laws of Thailand and takes a closer look at the regulatory and legal implications in case of an annulment. The marriage in Thailand can be ended in three ways: death, divorce or by being canceled by the court (via annulment). The legal annulment is a court declaration that the marriage was never valid.
