DFDL’s Kevin Hawkins, Partner, was a keynote speaker at the Young Business Leaders organized by the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AusCham) which took place on 4 October 2022. The event was held at the Sentry in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Kevin focused his discussion on Mergers and Acquisitions and shared his legal perspectives on some of the ways businesses can succeed in Vietnam.
