DFDL wishes to congratulate Marion Carles Salmon (Head of Regional Employment & Labor Practice, Regional Senior Legal Adviser) on being appointed Human Resources (“HR”) Committee Leader of the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand (“AMCHAM Thailand”).

The aim of AMCHAM Thailand Human Resources Committee is to provide analysis and updates on human resources trends, labor and employee relations, compensation and benefits where committee members will promote the sharing and transferring of information between member firms and the Thai and US Governments. Moreover, the committee also holds frequent events and activities relating to new trends in human resource management; compilation, analysis and reporting of the Compensation & Benefits survey. These activities greatly assist members in terms of their budgeting and business planning.  The Committee also partners with legal committee to release annual labor environment updates with valuable information on employment matters and the general labor legislative landscape in Thailand.
