Angus Mitchell, Matthew Christensen, and Suttipong Srisaard recently wrote an article  in the Bangkok Post about online shopping in Thailand. High import duties likely deter many consumers from shopping online from Thailand, although some large retailers like Amazon have found ways to make the process less daunting for their customers.
