David Fruitman, Senior Counsel; Regional Competition Counsel, recently had a conference report published by the Consumer Unitty & Trust Society (CUTS) about unfair trade practices in select ASEAN economies.

The report summarized the developments and presentations at the conference and made a number of suggestions for further work. The conference was held on 12 September 2012 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
