Last month, the Securities Exchange Commission of Cambodia and the CFA Institute organized a workshop on how to establish funds in Cambodia. The morning event centered on funds regulation in Cambodia, governance and current opportunities in this area. Vansok Khem, DFDL Cambodia Country Partner, was invited to share her experiences and expertise on establishing funds in neighboring jurisdictions and the opportunities to set up funds in Cambodia.
