The event featured over 13 high-profile speakers in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions and aimed at executives and managers of companies interested in expanding their business in ASEAN. Attendees were provided insights on updated regulations, strategies for negotiation, M&A strategies for other ASEAN countries, state of private equity and LBOs, best practice for performing financial due diligence and other key considerations for M&A.
