Benjamine is a Consultant working with the Corporate and Commercial team at DFDL’s Cambodia office. She specializes in merger and acquisition, FDI, corporate restructuring and corporate advisory matters. She holds an LPC, and an MSc in Law, Business and Management (University of Law Bloomsbury, London), along with an LL.B (City Law School, London). She is fluent in French, English, and Mandarin.
