Bounyasith Daopasith

Bounyasith is a Lao Bar Association member and is a legal adviser based in DFDL’s Vientiane office. His practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law, employment matters and dispute resolution.  Additionally, Bounyasith has advised on two listings on the Lao Stock Exchange and has developed broad expertise in the fields of securities and stock market regulations.
