The 2nd Coaltrans Emerging Asian Coal Markets focused on the underlying theme of what growth across South East Asia means forenergy demand throughout the region. Even more specifically the conference offered detailed insights into the potential for developing coal mining projectsacross the region as well as increasing the number of coal fired power plants being constructed in South East Asia.
James Finch was a guest speaker at this two-day conference in Bangkok. His presentation focused on legal and regulatory developments in Myanmar and the energy sector.
