David Doran was a speaker at the bi-annual Hydropower & Dams Conference which was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, this year. This fifth international conference focused on water resources and hydropower development in Asia and brought together experts from more than 60 countries. David’s presentation on Tuesday afternoon 11 March in Session 2a focused on legal considerations of cross-border hydropower projects.
