L-Martin Desautels and Shiro Sadakane attended the annual IBA Conference in Tokyo, Japan, and visited a number of clients and organizations.  With some follow-up meetings and potential seminars are being discussed. On 21 October, Martin was a speaker at the IBA Power Law Committee Panel. His presentation focused on Financing Energy Projects in Southeast Asia.
