William D. Greenlee, Jr., Partner and Deputy Managing Director DFDL Myanmar, and Jack Sheehan, Partner of the DFDL Regional Tax Practice Group, discussed Myanmar’s readiness for foreign investment, including the new foreign investment law as well as tax considerations and protection for U.S. investors and companies looking to do business in Myanmar. 

Also the results of the Cost of Doing Business survey by Tractus were presented. 

The presentation was followed by a Q&A session where the experts from DFDL were available to answer questions about Myanmar’s legal and tax environment and general inquiries.
