Audray Souche, William Greenlee, Thida Aye and Akemi Kishimoto presented a three-hour workshop at the 3rd Myanmar Electric Power Conference in Yangon on 13 January 2016. The workshop provided expert insights into the current power sector reforms, updates on the latest legal developments, as well as an overview of concession agreements, environment laws and financing.
In addition, David Doran was guest chairperson for the first day of official panel discussions on 14 January. The role included an opening speech to delegates following an address from the Ministry of Electric Power.
