Myanmar Laws, Regulations and Policies that Every Investor Should Know
The Australia New Zealand Business Association (ANZBA) is pleased to invite ANZBA members to attend the fifth Business Series Event for 2013, a seminar presented by DFDL Legal & Tax entitled “Myanmar Laws, Regulations and Policies that Every Investor Should Know.”
Specific areas and questions that will be covered in the seminar include:
- “Is Myanmar ready for foreign investment?”
- “Your Investment under the Foreign Investment Law”
- “Tax considerations and protections for Australian and New Zealand companies considering doing business in Myanmar.”

The seminar is offered by DFDL at no cost to ANZBA members, but places are limited. ANZBA invites you to nominate a representative of your organization to attend the presentation and confirm their attenence by no later than 12:00 noon on Wedenesday, 24 July 2013.
Please note that priority seating will be afforded to Gold and Silver members in accordance with the members’ benefits package, with a limited number of places reserved for Bronze members. Any remaining places will be allocated to corporate and individual members, so please confirm attendance early to avoid disappointment.
