Phan Thi Lieu is a senior tax manager based at our Ho Chi Minh office. Her areas of expertise include tax advice and compliance, cross-border tax planning, transaction tax, tax on financial services and customs procedures. She holds a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Law (University of Law, Ho Chi Minh City) and a Bachelor of Arts (University of Social Sciences & Humanities). Lieu is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK) and speaks fluent English and Vietnamese.
