Ra-pepat Jirapongpathai

Ra-pepat is a tax adviser based at the DFDL Bangkok office. His areas of expertise encompass all facets of taxation in Thailand, the local tax regulatory framework and complex transaction structuring advisory. He has assisted numerous multinational companies by tailoring cost-effective, innovative and tax efficient solutions to their needs which involved effective international tax planning, seeking relief under applicable bilateral tax treaties, tax-optimized group re-organization and implementing sustainable tax operating models for their activities. Ra-pepat holds a Bachelor of Law in International Business Law from Thammasat University. He is fluent in Thai and English.
