Seka has extensive regulatory expertise specializing in corporate law. Seka assisted major property projects and acted on significant commercial, industrial and residential developments in Cambodia. Her excellent liaison functions and relationship building with Cambodian Ministries and authorities have proven to be instrumental in a variety of projects and transactions. She holds a Master 2 of Business Comparative Law (LL.M.) from the University Lumière Lyon 2, France, which included an exchange program at University of Montreal, Canada.
