Vivianne Infante, one of DFDL’s English-qualified lawyers, will be teaching an introductory course to English common law at our Vientiane office this coming Friday 4 November. The discussion will include topics such as introductory comparison between Common law and civil law; structure of the English legal system; and fundamentals of contract law.
